Delivery & Returns
Delivery times (from Royal Mail website):
UK 1-2 DAYS
EUROPE 5-7 DAYS
REST OF WORLD 7-10 DAYS but there can be delays of up to 21 business days.
The above information is taken from the Royal Mail guidelines and most orders fall within their suggested shipping times. For US and Australia standard international orders - if an order is not received within 28 business please contact Holé on email@example.com
If an item has not been received in 28 business days and has been sent standard international shipping, no refunds will be made, but a replacement can be sent.
Import duty and VAT charges may apply for deliveries in the US, Australia and rest of world which we have no control over and cannot estimate as they differ from country to country. Holé does not accept responsibility for any additional custom charges while shipping out of the UK.
If you wish to return your package of Holé Button Cover you can do so within 28 days. We will only accept non-faulty returns, as long as items are unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging. Please return the unused goods to us within 21 days and we will offer you a refund via Paypal or to the card provided for your order. Returns need to be pre-authorised by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancelling An Order
You have 7 days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel your order. To cancel an order please send an email to email@example.com confirming your cancellation within 7 days of you receiving your order. Return any goods back to Holé in saleable condition (unopened, undamaged packaging).
